First Pakistan and ISI with the help of U.S created Taliban to fight Sovits in Afghanistan,then Pakistan and ISI created Islamist radicals to fight India and in Kashmir, its proxy war, and now Talibans and Islamists radicals are fighting its birth givers..how are you going to seperate them, they are the two faces of same coin, joined togather, but cannot see each other face of evil.
