Corruption thy name is Edvige Antonia Albina Maino or Nehru Gandhi Dynasty

Since Sonia controlled UPA government has come to power , very often new scandals of corruption are exposed. Congress memebers are Chaploos or even slaves of Sonia who even do not dare to raise even a finger against the misrule and loot of Bhaarat. After the 2G spectrum , Common Wealth Games, now the latest loot is ISRO spectrum deal which is worth 2 lakh Crores.

From: Babu Suseelan
Many Hindus no longer value freedom enough to make any effort to understand the corrupt congress dynasty headed by the uneducated Italian Mafia lady Edvige Antonia Albina Maino - Sonia Maino or any political action. If the majority choose not to clearly think and act, they choose to submit to the dynasty. If the majority choose to be apathetic, indifferent and passive and make no effort to understand the criminal behavior of our political leaders, their looting, immoral and corrupt acts, then they have chosen to be victims. They prefer to love their slave masters and lick their boots that trample on them. If the majority choose to ignore past abuses and present corrupt practices they sacrifice their life to the next dynasty to continue their abuse behavior.

We have to retake our country, our liberty for us and for the children yet to be born. Even if we suffer any inconvenience for voicing our protest against the dynasty, we should not tolerate or applaud the corrupt dynastic rule. The anti Hindu, anti national congress rule and the Italian mafia rule is a reminder to Hindus to initiate a strong social revolution for a great leap forward. we are justified in using all means necessary to overthrow the corrupt, often oppressive, chronically inept and frequently deceptive, jihadi appeasing dynastic government. It is time for Hindus with higher grade patriotism to start a strong social revolution to preserve our culture, protect our democracy and promote our liberty

Sonia should go, says Venkataswamy
Senior Congress leader member G. Venkataswamy triggered a storm in the party on Tuesday by demanding that AICC president Sonia Gandhi should relinquish her post and make way for a leader of Indian origin.
“I have serious doubts of the Congress coming back to power under Ms. Gandhi's leadership in the next elections. Out of the 28 States, the Congress is in power in only a handful. This number may become zero if she continues to be at the helm. Congress leaders have won elections based on the Congress party's symbol and not because of Ms. Gandhi,” he said.
Stating that the days of the Congress were numbered if Ms. Gandhi continued in the party for a minute more, Mr. Venkataswamy said, “Only people of Indian origin should hold the post of Congress party president.” Repeatedly questioning Ms. Gandhi's leadership, he said corruption had reached alarming proportions ever since she came to the helm.
Ripples in Congress
Smita Gupta reports from New Delhi:
Mr. Venkataswamy's attack on Ms. Gandhi has sent ripples through the party, especially as he is from the troubled Telangana region of Andhra Pradesh. Party media committee chairperson Janardan Dwivedi responded to Mr. Venkataswamy's diatribe circumspectly: “We have taken note of it.”
Mr. Venkataswamy can be summarily expelled by the party chief, senior sources in the party told The Hindu – it need not go to the Disciplinary Committee. However, these sources added that the party was not going to rush into taking action against Mr. Venkataswamy because of the “complicated politics of Andhra Pradesh.”
Meanwhile, the sources added that Mr. Venkataswamy's son, G. Vivek, who is the current MP from Pedappali, the seat which his father had represented earlier, has distanced himself from his father's remarks.

Congress leaders do not even dare to lift their head and look at the face of Sonia Gandhi.
What we just beginning to think could possibly happen to India has already been thought our by our enemies.
In article below, Chinese think tank was suggesting that India should be broken into 20-30 pieces (this appeared in Times of India).
Below is a photo from a youtube video ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C4FXqU8XY0A ) which shows that congress leaders do not even dare to lift their head and look at the face of Sonia Gandhi.
What happened to our country? We are so divided and pull each other down and we end up falling at the feet of an uneducated Italian woman who is raping the nation of its wealth, its culture and its great heritage.
Why is this country so cursed? Perhaps because we do not feel it as our own enough, perhaps because we are not prepared to die for it, if necessary.

ISRO spectrum deal under review: Centre
Sandeep Joshi
Antariksh Bhavan in Bangalore, which houses the Antrix Corporation, the commercial arm of ISRO.
Audit is in very preliminary stage, says CAG

DELHI: In the aftermath of the expose by Business Line and The Hindu, the Central government said on Monday 6Feb,2011 that it was in the process of reviewing the deal between the Indian Space Research Organisation's commercial arm Antrix Corporation Ltd. and the Bangalore-based Devas Multimedia Pvt. Ltd. that gave Devas free access to scarce spectrum worth an estimated Rs. 2 lakh crore.

“The agreement entered into by Antrix and Devas on January 28, 2005 is already under review by the Department of Space. ISRO comes under the Department of Space, which is under the charge of the Prime Minister.

The Comptroller and Auditor General of India is currently auditing the 2005 agreement between the two firms that gives Devas Multimedia unbridled use of 70 MHz of spectrum, used for high-speed terrestrial mobile communications, over a 20-year period.

Interestingly, the Law Ministry had already asked the Department of Space to nullify the deal between Antrix and Devas after the DoS had sought its view on the matter. Even the Space Commission in July 2010 had strongly objected to the deal and recommended scrapping of the agreement between the two companies.

Out of the total 1,161 MHz of available spectrum in the identified bands, 40-55 per cent is with the government agencies including the Defence and the DoS and only 85 MHz of radio waves is likely to be available by 2014. This is despite the fact that the telecom sector is facing severe dearth of spectrum.

Antrix-Devas deal under review, says Dept of Space
The Department of Space (DoS) on Monday said it was reviewing the Antrix Corporation-Devas Multimedia contract. The DoS said it was responding to February 7 reports in Business Line and The Hindu that the contract was being questioned by the Comptroller & Auditor General.

In a preliminary audit, as the two dailies had reported, the CAG had estimated that the preferential use of S-band spectrum by Devas on two ISRO satellites could mean a potential loss of more than Rs 2 lakh crore to the exchequer. According to the agreement, ISRO was to build two consecutive satellites – G-SAT-6 and G-SAT-6A – and launch them for Devas Multimedia for its commercial operations.

Antrix would get some payments for the lease of the transponders on the satellites.

The CAG was looking into the access to precious S-band spectrum that Devas would get along with satellite capacity.

END GOAL OF DYNASTY & CONGRESS

LET'S LOOK AT THE END GOAL of the autocratic, all powerful almighty, anti-Hindu, all corrupt & all plundering perpetual Dynasty.
It is: "Total DESTRUCTION of Hindus, Hinduism, our historic and religious heritage, including literature, while spreading confusion, dividing communities, pitching one indigenous (native) community against another, plundering and looting with both hands ALL THE TIME."
For any wide-awake people even one day is enough to discover the NATURE of their rulers. It must be a very ignorant, intimidated, gutless and servile nation that even SIX DECADES are not enough to tell us as to WHO IS ON TOP.
It is the HINDUS, the end victims of our enemies' DEADLY STRATEGY, who are foremost in trusting the Muslims and serving the Christians.
Normal people keep EVERYTHING in their own hands to feel strong, secure and comfortable but the Hindus feel strong, comfortable and secure if a NON Hindu is Rashtrapati, Rashtrapatni or Rashtramata. Insecure timid Hindus will feel SAFE if a committed Catholic Sonia is on top but not a committed Hindu.

Now we can clearly see the STRATEGY of this "DICTATOR" DYNASTY unfolding before our eyes.
It must have been decided upon even BEFORE Partition. That is why PARTITION was effortless, quick and smooth for Nehru and Jinnah though the Hindus were plunged into BLOOD BATH and lost one third of SACRED "dharti" with Gandhi's cherished slogan "AKHAND BHARAT" blown up.
The second occasion was the invasion of KASHMIR. Nehru's defence was only for show. We saw through his mind when he stopped his army from advancing to recover the full State. The Indian Army is still STUCK there where Nehru intended them to "freeze" and die.
The third instance was the WAR over East Pakistan when eight million refugees, mostly Muslim, came crying to their "mother" Indira. She used the war to liberate them, but enslave and degrade the Hindus, betray Secularism (Akhand Bharat), and to enhance her own position to win the next elections that she did easily, riding the wave of victory. But the servile and ignorant people did not question, "Why has she returned the CAPTURED territory so quickly and willingly?"
How could sleeping Hindus ask this question if they had not asked the TWO before, e.g., 1. Why we surrendered LAHORE?, and 2. Why we begged UNO for cease fire when our own troops were ADVANCING?"
Having won the trust of the Hindus and having established herself as the "IRON LADY", Indira "Gandhi" took on the SIKHS, the traditional defenders of Hindusthan and living in the border State.
To a Muslim nothing is more annoying, irritating and irksome than an obstacle in his way of advance and conquest. Hence Nehru managed to completely ruin the Sikh community by giving their homeland (Lahore, Nankana Sahib, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi and Multan) to Mohammed of Mecca, and now Indira got her own chance to complete the job.
The DYNASTY knows that after the Sikhs are dead the Hindus will be a walk-over. Hence the invasion of East Punjab in 1984. Strict censorship and intimidation of Sikh leaders and media has not told the complete story of Sikh disaster in 1984.
We all know that none of the perpetrators of 1984 genocide in Delhi and elsewhere has been convicted and hanged.
Having given a severe blow to the Sikhs the next target were the TAMILS who were not only staunch Hindus but also demanding a little freedom from Dynasty's strangulating hold over Hindusthan. They resented the State control of their temples and misappropriation of temple funds (that is still going on unhindered and unchecked).
Rajviv was the CONTINUATION of Nehru's and Indira's policy and sent the Indian army to KILL the Tamils of INDIAN origin instead of giving them protection. But there was NO protection to them from Delhi just as there was NO protection to the Kashmiri Hindus in 1989. They were NOT given arms to defend themselves or given any protection. Instead Article 370 of Constitution was enforced. It was meant to feed and protect them, susidise their food, water, electricity and housing, while ensuring Muslim majority in the State.
What can we say of the sleeping Hindu nation who have not looked at all this, and a lot more (e.g., foreign wives, Bofors commission) besides, and cried,
"WOLF IN OUR SHEEP PEN!"

The scams, the astronomical foreign deposits and the despicable lickspittle Presidents and cabinet ministers and governors, are all leading to rapid weakening of the Hindu nation and its DISINTEGRATION.
In this context the only hope for an unarmed nation, being fed on the diet of Gandhi's "AHIMSA" and the defeatist doctrines of "TYAAG" (RENOUNCE!) and "MAYA" (world is an illusion), is the army. But the less said about the GUTS, PATRIOTISM and VISION of this army, the better.

Dynasty politics is about protecting ill-gotten wealth
DNA / R Vaidyanathan / Thursday, January 20, 2011 2:22 IST
The recent finding by Patrick French (India: A Portrait) is that more than two-thirds of the under-40 members of the Lok Sabha are hereditary and many of them are hyper-hereditary, based on their dynasty. Actually many of us forget that since 1885, members of the Motilal Nehru family have presided over the Congress party for 39 of its 125 years. Motilal Nehru was president for two years, Jawaharlal Nehru for nine, Indira Gandhi for eight, and Rajiv Gandhi for seven. Sonia Gandhi holds the record both within the dynasty and the party by having the longest, unbroken tenure of 13 years and is still going strong. The party has become a family enterprise and a non-family man like Narasimha Rao is not even recognised as a former prime minster. Following this tradition, we have Agatha Sangma from Megahalya to Omar Abdullah in Jammu and Kashmir to MK Alagiri in Tamil Nadu, inheriting the political throne.
The important point here is not about the national agenda of these political parties but their functioning and control. Whether it is DMK or the Shiv Sena, where the family battles have come out in open, or the NCP, where the heir apparent has been anointed — the issue is the family business called political parties. It is important to mention that Tamil Nadu is a pioneer of this model wherein the interests of the state, party, government, and people are subsumed for the welfare of the family enterprise. Like in all businesses, it is required to delineate the nature of the business model adopted by these family enterprises. In any business, particularly listed business, the shareholders’ wealth maximisation is the main objective. Unfortunately, these regional parties are not listed on the stock exchanges and hence the correct market valuation may not be available. But the total wealth declared by these leaders (including that of their multiple wives!) during election time in the form of affidavits can be a guide for the net worth of the enterprise.
The preliminary expenses here are related to rabble-rousing on caste or language or pro-poor issues. Another method is to promise largesse in the form of free electricity, free TV, free cinema, free rice, to be paid for by the state exchequer. In this model, the actual business entity need not worry about expenses since post-power, there will be a continuous revenue stream. The family business has to be conducted through various functional departments called commerce, agriculture, irrigation, roadways, education, power, and so on. Some are low-volume, high-margin centres like land allotment or C'Wealth Gamea or second generation mobile telephony spectrum, where one project can earn up to thousands of crores. Other business units, like elementary education, which is a large-scale transfer industry, are low-margin but high-volume business.
Every teacher transferred may provide only thousands of rupees, but the numbers are large. The family also needs to take care of the interests of other families (sub-regional or other caste parties), hence the creation of strategic business units. In this model, the expenses are borne by the government but revenues are enjoyed by the family. It is a win-win model that does not have any comparable international example. The time-frame for maximising the family wealth is specified after one election and that differentiates it from the other regular business models. Due to the short time span, the family can and does become rapacious and they need continuous extraction of higher bribes to meet their collective greed. The turnover and attrition among supporters is also high, since their aspirations also grow. Hence, the need to create powerful entry barriers as well as exit costs.
But if you or your children opt out of politics, then you cannot be a “dacoit capitalist” anymore since your ability to formulate policies is gone and there could even be vendetta by the current rulers. So make sure your son/daughter/wives/sambandhis (children’s in-laws) are in some business unit or the other. Will this business model meet its nemesis? Not for some years yet. One reason it will flourish is the increasing importance of land as a factor of production. In the 60s, capital was scare and land was easily allotted. Now capital is available, even from global sources, but land is scarce and that is the strength of these families. Control of land and its allotment is the primary sonrise (pun intended!) industry. To that extent, the family business will flourish. With further fragmentation, many family enterprises will be either in a merger and acquisition mode or in a small business-smaller reach mode. In such situation, some can go sick. Second, due to the greed of some of these families, the margins demanded from projects may exceed the cost of the project.
The future of India is ironically linked with these 40-50 families with their capacity for rabble-rousing along and their rapaciousness and greed. Let us celebrate our grass-root democracy that enhances such “family values”.

__ Global Financial Integrity: $104 billion Indian black money in foreign banks during 2000-2008
Global Financial Integrity reports $104 billion black money has been taken out of India between 2000 and 2008. Last years, CWG, 2G, etc don't figure in it. Estimates are $2000 billion of Indian black money has taken outside the country.
The question is, "who is richest in the world?" Choose among Raul Khan (Rahul Gandhi), Antonio Maino (Sonia Gandhi), Bill Gates, and two Ambanis together. Fool Indians keep on voting for subjugation by foreigners. Few days ago, they unfurled Pakistan's flag at Shri Nagar's Lal Chowk, but this goverment won't allow Indian flag to be unfurled there on the Republic Day. Sonia is openly destroying Hinduism and Bharatiya culture, but Indian slaves keep on touching her feet.

Conman Digvijay Singh Stupidity !

Indian Politicians often say stupid things, issue dumbest statements, make ridiculous sound bites and idiotic gaffs. Congress leaders like Rahul Gandhi, Arjun Singh, Digvijaya Singh, Chidambaram, Sonia Maino, are now in desperation to find lime light making stupid comments to make Hindus and India looking bad.

Recent released “Wilkileaks” is full of fascinating reports on inept Sonia Maino’s arrogance, ignorance of India, and her maroon son Rahul Gandhi’s statement which proves his cognitive disorder.

If we were to conduct an opinion poll and ask Hindus to name the one basic root cause of his idiotic statement, we would get various answers. If we were to ask, “What—in a single-word accounts for his erroneous statement on Hindus?” people might reply:

The Congress party leaders might be suffering from Ignorance, prejudice, mistakes, selfishness, intellectual paralysis, lack of sensitivity, carelessness, cognitive disorder and pro-Jihadi sentiment. All these answers would be true. All these elements, and many others, lead to his idiotic statements and Congress party’s antipathy towards Hindus and Hindu organizations.

Hindus around the world should condemn Rahul’s remarks “that Hindus could pose a “bigger threat” to democratic countries than the Jihadi terrorist group Lashker-e-Toiba, Taliban or al-Queada”. Rahul Gandhi, the Congress party General Secretary made such a foolish statement to the American Ambassador to India Timothy Roemer. Such irresponsible remark and unwanted attack on Hindus by Congress leaders in India show that the anti national Congress party is too quick to fault Hindus for Jihadi terrorism, Maoist violence, coercive religious conversion, and corruption in India. Rahul Gandhi has nothing to say about Pakistan Army sponsoring terrorism in India, ISI sponsored Lashkar –e-Toiba Jihadi terrorist attacks in Kashmir and Mumbai. Rahul’s mind could never comprehend or understand deadly forces of Taliban and al-Qaeda supported by Pakistan fermenting trouble against India’s interests.

This latest round of attack against Hindus once again shows how ridiculous the Congress party’s misstatements and their proclivity for insulting peace loving Hindus. Rahul’s statement on Hindus and his attitudes on RSS reflect a sick mindset and is part of a long standing tradition from Nehru onwards of blaming things for almost everything that goes wrong in India.

There had been anti Hindu prejudice of varying degrees of intensity in Congress policies for a long time. These Hindu prejudice and pro Muslims policy has resulted in Jihadi terrorist bombing of moving passenger trains, and killing innocent people in Mumbai, Varanasi, New Delhi, Kerala, and Kashmir. The Congress Party is quick in blaming the victims. It is politically incorrect in India to blame Muslims for terrorism. Indian government, controlled by the uneducated, Italian catholic Sonia Maino, at all levels has adopted political correctness and the fact is so strong. For the anti national, anti Hindu Congress Party, political correctness is an ideology that always classifies terrorist Muslims and violent Maoists as victims and Hindus victims as aggressors. How far they could continue with false political correctness, irrational Muslim appeasement and Blame Game of Hindus?

Mass murder, ethnic cleansing, and terrorism are terrible, awful things. Such extraordinary events happened in India several times. These events prove Congress party’s indifference, passivity, deliberate ignorance, purposeful avoidance and hostility towards Hindus.

In 1947-48, millions of Hindus were murdered or driven out from Pakistan, and Bangladesh by Muslims, and their property confiscated by Islamists. During Indira Gandhi’s assassination, thousands of Sikhs were massacred by the Congress criminals in New Delhi. The jihadis and congress criminals cracked all Indian civilized norms, revealed primitive death instincts in the form of hysteria and indulged in death and destruction.

We have no history to prove that the Congress Party showing any acts of compassion, generosity, courage and sacrifice in these Jihadi and Congress criminal made calamities. Looking principally at recent terrorist attack in Kashmir, Mumbai, Bangalore, Varanasi, Kerala and New Delhi, the Congress government behaved poorly. The heroes of these disasters were not the Congress government, or police or official workers. IT was RSS and VHP volunteers, caught up in the event, who organized themselves to do what is needed. RSS and VHP volunteers were altruistic and engaged in caring for the victims.

In the wake of the expulsion of Hindus from Kashmir, in which thousands of Kashmir HINDUS became homeless and forced to live in filthy refugees camps in their own country. In all these Muslim made tragedies, the Congress government and party leaders were sleepy and in a slumber. The Congress leaders were gleefully attending Ishtar Parties and eating decaying flesh with Jihadi leaders. In fact, these anti-national politicians lost the moral authority through corruption, looting public funds and make insulting remarks about peace loving nationalist RSS and Hindus. The Rahul Gandhi and his phony secular leaders want to control majority Hindus, to tear people apart, and to satisfy their hunger for power and money by blinding people to prevent them from seeing their dark evil practices. Congress leader’s goal is to steal, kill and destroy Hindus and India.

There is no treatment for uneducated Sonia's intellectual paralysis or for her prodigal son Rahul Gandhi’s attention deficit and cognitive disorder. The Congress Party and Rahul’s ability to protect our culture, promote our interest, and preserve our sacred spirituality is limited. Yet their ability to cause harm is great.

People who run on empty cone head can only bankrupt the country and our future.

It is time for Hindus to make a sober assessment of what is going on in India in the name of bogus secularism and Muslim appeasement. Do Hindus have to elect such morally bankrupt, corrupt Congress Party leaders into Power?

In order to secure India’s interests and sacred culture, India needs strong nationalist leaders with mission, vision and pro-Hindu strategies.

Congress wins Maharashtra; courtesy Raj Thackeray

In order to win elections in Maharashtra Congress deliberately ignored the idiotic outbursts of Raj Thackeray against Non-Maharashtra/North Indian people, rather tactically it supported his chauvinistic statements in order to damage Shiv Sena - BJP in state elections. Congress has won using the same formula of ¨Divide & Rule¨ of Britishers, but Nationalism has been weakened in the process and rowdy regionalism has become stronger. But who cares ? Let the India as a nation go to hell, Congress should keep on winning until the country reaches to the point of disintegration. That´s why Indians will remain slaves in one way or the other. BJP - Shiv Sena combine could not come up with the timely solution or were just helpless because of their own selfish & short sighted politics.

Shashi Tharoor´s Comments & Public Platform

Indian politicians have no sense of humor at all. All they know is dirty politics all the time. Shashi had commented about Cattle class in Indian Railways instead of Economy class. All idiots are making big hue and cry & asking him to resign. These morons should know that Shashi has told the reality in a lighter tone. But Indian politicians neither want to admit reality ( otherwise they will have to improve the system ) nor do they have any brains to enjoy intelligent comments. Shashi Tharoor is an intellectual of the highest order and a book writer of the international fame & is now stuck with crafty people of lowest IQ on the planet namely cheat & hypocrite Indian politicians.

Dr. Rajesh K. Bhatia

In Tamil Nadu there is a proverb: "Yaanai Kozhuththaal Thanae Mannai Thootri Kollum" meaning that haughty elephant showers mud on itself. Tharoor was a pround indian when he exhibited his Indianness in the United Nations, but at home he spoilt himself by making such unwanted comments. Apparently or truly it may be a joke, but it will have its cost on himself. A good lesson for others to be restraint while making comments.

Mr.Tharoor was telling about the class which is supposed to be economy class. He has not mentioned any thing wrong about the passengers who used to travel in that class. I also tavelled in Malaysia Air lines,Singapore Arlines, Air India, Lufthahansa. In all these air lines the economy class was not up to the standard. Seats are narrow and un comfortable Even we cannot keep legs freely and sleep comfortably. Even seats are not in good condition. But we have to travel to reach our destination so we dont comlain. Our politiciians are not accustom to lower classes. they fly only in business classes and in Royal suits because they dont pay the fare from their own pockets.

I support our Minister Shashi Taroor. Taroors standard in English language is little higher than our politicians. It will take time for our politicians to under stand the meaning of certain usages in Taroor's books. Before criticising some one,I request our politicians to find the meaning of these usages. Its all available in www.google.com or any other search engines. Most surprising thing is that even media gave a big coverage for this issue. Shame on the media and holy cow politicians. If this is the case what u will understand when u politicians go for some international meetings or bilateral talks? Do you people expect Obama to speek in desi butler english? Many of our Ministers ioncluding P Chidambaram and PM are educated in US/UK. Cant you put an end to this issue or you want toplay safe dirty politics? Shame on you... Lage raho Taroor ji...

LATEST NEWS - BUZZING IN DELHI CIRCLES - the whole hullabullo around Tharoors remarks is not for what he calls us the people as cattle class (which we are told so in public forums by congress), but for what he calls the congress high command (madam and yuvraj) as "HOLY COWS". this is seen as a mark of ridiculing thier austerity drama. ALL readers lets appreciate Tharoor for calling a spade a spade

This is why western people are calling us "IDOTS". What is there is Taroor's comment. To understand the meaning of Taroor's statement you need to be educated and "English literate".(Not the butler english which our politicians speek). The current issue shows hoe good our politicians are in English. Ipeel pitty for all "Indians" who raised voice against Taroor. Either Taroor should come down to the standred of our desi politicians or our politicians should go up to the standard of Taroor; which i dont expect in the near future.

I completely support Tharoor and decry "reality austure show" by congress. Because when the Political class day by day gets wilder as like long horned wild bisons, it travelling in the Economy (cattle) class would much be a nightmare for the cattle (common man)only. Probably the cattle might even be ready to shed extra tax to facilite separate journeys of the wild bisons for that will ensure their convienience. I would wish to inform the congress that if thier establishment is "austere under the table" much better for the nation that too during recession.

The debate that is going on about Shashi Taroor's Twitter comments is nothing but 'much ado about nothing'. Mr Tharoor is not a conventional politician and therefore lacks the hypocracy and double standards of the profession. He is basically a writer, who can view the world around him with subtle and hilarious humour. Those who doubt about his knowledge and understanding of Indian history and culture should better read his books such as 'The Great Indian Novel' and 'India, from Midnight to the Millenium', which can vouch not only for his deep understanding of the history and cultural richness of the country but also the underlying humour with which he views the foibles and failures of Indians. What he said about 'cattle class' and 'holy cows' should only be taken in that sense. Now the Prime Minister himself has put the whole controversy in its correct perspective when he said that we should take it as a joke of a humourous writer.. And the debate should end at that. Our Honourable Minister Mr. Shashi Tharoor has shown the correct pricture that how economy class people is dealt by airline peoples. He spoken the truth and truth is always sour. History is evident who spoke truth has been sacrificed. No one has the right to Ask Our Honourable Minister Mr. Shashi Tharoor to resign. Having lived and traveled in foreign countries, Tharoor is used to creature comforts and has cultivated unknowingly a systemic superiority to his own people. He forgot he wears the Indian genes. He is already tasting the privileges of a cabinet post. He may talk Gandhi but does not live Gandhi. Here is what Gandhi says; Tharoor, take notes. If you feel superior to people you are supposed to serve, you should quit and go back to London or New York Gandhi's seven social sins: Politics without principles Wealth without work Pleasure without conscience Knowledge without character Commerce without morality Science without humanity Worship without sacrifice

It is sad that Congress party is after Tharoor for such a trivial thing; I believe congress party spokes men / spokes women are making the austerity a joke by being unruly and trying to blow this out of proportion. Why don't our politicians devote more time to matters of the state instead of finding faults in innocent little remarks? Remember, this is the same Shashi Tharoor (or is there a duplicate?) whom India, under the same NDA regime led by the same Congress party, so proudly nominated as the next Secretary General of the United Nations! Are we to believe that a small innocent remark, said jokingly, can reduce the stature of such an eminent son of India so drastically as to go after his head? It is only the stature of our 'respected' politicians like Mr Ashok Gehlot that takes a beating. What are his credentials? Is he in a position to spar with Shashi T in English language on any topic of interest? Why don't they debate on the "cattle class" issue itself/

Kudos to Shashi Tharoor for classifying himself in cattle class, does he mean a cow or a bull? He is a wild bull in the crockery shop of congress party. Now what class I would be in (according to Shashi Tharoor) when I travel in second class of Indian Railways? The answer from S. T. would be insect or worms class. He has stayed for 90 to 100 days in a five star hotel. The cost per day is anywhere between Rs. 5000 to Rs. 100000 per day which will come to Rs. 5 lakhs to Rs.90 lakhs. What is the source of this money? Dear Shashi Tharoor you could have donated this money to run a primary school or a hospital or providing drinking water in your own 'GODS OWN COUNTRY' also known as Kerala.

Why Nehru, Indira, Rajiv, Sonia everywhere?......Public Views

A Surya Prakash

IN a systematic effort to gain an unfair advantage over others, the Congress party has named all major government programmes, projects and institutions in the country after three members of the Nehru-Gandhi family — Rajiv Gandhi, Indira Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru — who are its icons, and disturbed the level playing field in the electoral arena.

Over the last 18 years, on a rough estimate about 450 central and state government programmes, projects and national and state level institutions involving public expenditure of hundreds of thousands of crores of rupees have been named after these three individuals.

While it is the prerogative of a government to name an institution after a person whom it considers to be a national or state leader, government programmes initiated to ameliorate the lives of millions of citizens (drinking water, housing and employment guarantee schemes and old age pensions) fall into an entirely different category.

If the nomenclature of these programmes is not politically neutral, the sanctity of the democratic system would be in jeopardy.

Among the big ticket programmes named after members of this family by the Union government to extract unjust electoral mileage is the Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Vidyutikaran Yojana (rural electrification programme), which involves an outgo of Rs 28,000 crore during the Eleventh Plan period (Rs 5,500 crore in fiscal 2008-09). The drinking water mission, with an allocation of Rs 21,000 crore over three years (Rs 7,300 crore in 2008-09 and Rs 7,400 crore in 2009-10) is called the Rajiv Gandhi Drinking Water Mission. Other schemes that bear his name are the Rajiv Gandhi National Crèche Scheme for Children of Working Mothers; Rajiv Gandhi Shramik Kalyan Yojana and the Rajiv Gandhi Shilpi Swasthya Bima Yojana (both insurance schemes).

Likewise, many mega programmes are named after Indira Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. The budgetary allocation for the Indira Awas Yojana to house the poor is Rs 7,919 crore in 2008-09 and Rs 7,914.70 crore in 2009-10. Also named after her is the Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Scheme (Rs 3,443 cr in 2008- 09). Programmes named after Jawaharlal Nehru over the last two decades are the Jahawarlal Nehru Rojgar Yojana and the Jawaharlal Nehru Urban Renewal Mission.

The Union government proposes to spend Rs 50,000 crore over seven years on the latter mission.

This trend is even more apparent in the states, which have vied with each other to name programmes after these three members of the family whenever the Congress was in power. Here is a sample: Rajiv Gandhi Breakfast Scheme, Puducherry; Rajiv Ratna Awas Yojana, Delhi; Rajiv Arogyasri Health Insurance scheme, Andhra Pradesh; Rajiv Gandhi Computer Literacy Mission, Assam; Rajiv Gandhi Bridges and Roads Infrastructure Development Programme, Haryana; Rajiv Gandhi Vidyarthi Suraksha Yojana, Maharastra; Rajiv Gandhi Tourism Development Mission, Rajasthan; Indira Gandhi Niradhar Yojana and Indira Gandhi Landless Agriculture Labour Scheme, Maharashtra; Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Vivah Shagun Yojana, Haryana; Indira Gandhi Calf-Rearing Scheme, Andhra Pradesh.

Obviously, the plan is to ensure maximum recall of Brand Congress among voters at every stage in life. Indira Gandhi comes in when the poor want a house subsidised and you think of Nehru when urban renewal comes into play. The Congress has taken its obsession with this family to such an extent that even calf-rearing schemes are named after them.

The list of 450 government programmes, schemes, institutions, etc, named after these three members of the family broadly fall into the following categories: Central government (12), state government (52), universities and educational institutions (98), ports and airports (6), awards, scholarships and fellowships (66), sports tournaments, trophies and stadia (47), national parks and sanctuaries (15), hospitals and medical institutions (39), national scientific and research institutions, chairs and festivals (37), roads, buildings and places (74).

Apart from violating the electoral law, the naming spree has crossed all limits of decency. Every major sports tournament has been named after the Nehru-Gandhis, as if nobody else matters, not even the greats in Indian sports. Such is the obsession of Congress governments with this family that they name India’s biggest open university after Indira Gandhi and name fellowships granted there after Rajiv Gandhi. For long years we have been familiar with the Fullbright scholarships. Now it is known as the Fullbright-Jawaharlal Nehru Scholarship.

We are unlikely to see anything so gross even in dictatorships such as North Korea.

This blatant attempt to package and market government programmes run on public money as munificent offerings from a single family to the people has made a mockery of the Model Code of Conduct drawn up by the Election Commission for observance by all political parties.

I have therefore petitioned the chief election commissioner and requested him to immediately issue directions to the Union government and to all the governments in the states and direct them to remove the names of individuals, who are seen by the people as icons of specific political parties, from all government programmes and schemes funded by the exchequer and to immediately give these programmes politically neutral names. Such a direction from the Election Commission will ensure enforcement of the Model Code of Conduct in letter and spirit and will also be in consonance with the various directions and instructions issued by the Commission from time to time.

Gandhi, Nehru, Indira, Rajiv were the national assets of Congress Party? Like Terrorists are the National Assets of Pakistan.

Mixing up Gandhi's name with Nehru family tree is an insult to Mahatma. Congress has become family business platform which is a shame for democracy and our hypothetical political leaders, who are simply tail-lickers of the Nehru family to improve their own position in political power share are in insult to Indian society. Biggest democracy on earth should learn to come out of this and lead to demonstrate the real leaders can come from any section of the society.

Politics in India is a business. Some get into it to do business, some get into it save their backside (criminals). In politics number criminals are more than good common citizen, hence, criminals are more aware of political affairs in the country and they actively participate and get their "right" candidate in place. Hence, by hook or by crook criminals succeed more than the honest hard working citizens. Common people who are too good or too honest does not find it worthy of exercising their right - same with educated mass who, unfortunately out of their "educated ignorance" or "ignorant education" don't bother to exercise their right to vote the right candidate. Of course, whether their is any right candidate or not, this is another a question. In the interim India might make voting compulsory with an option to make first, second and third preference in the voting instead of ending in circus when after voting the voter does not know with him the concerned party will be aligning with

There has been many great leaders who have sacrificed their lives for Independence but wherever you go around India today it seems like only the Gandhi family has been doing everything for the people. This branding needs to be stopped and many of the so called institutions names must be changed and credit should be given to other leaders, poets, scientists, artists, professors etc. who have done value addition to the nation. Moreover if Bombay can be changed to Mumbai, Cochin to Kochi, Madras to Chennai then we should be doing the same by changing the names of these institutions too. There is a urgent need to put into effect a law which permits only one institution to be named after a leader and this must me made mandatory. Mullahs protest terror arrests, courtesy Congress

By Anand Mishra ‘Abhay’

Green Engine: Aazami Train: Pro-Pakistan Passengers

On January 29, people were rather curious to see a railway train being pulled by a ‘Green Engine’, compartments packed with skull capped youngmen lead by bearded mullahs. Later it was revealed that this special train was going to Delhi to hold a protest rally against the law and order maintaining forces who had killed two Indian mujahideens in an encounter at Batla House in Jamia Nagar, Delhi. Perhaps to paint the engine green for this ‘Ulema Express’ was to show Railway Minister’s sympathy with those mujahideens. From any point of view this scene was totally anti-national and pro-Pakistan. To pamper such traitorous rallies is not only a pity but a shame for the government and the Railway Ministry lead by a person who is more of a clown than a minister. What a paradox! On one side the government honours those who sacrificed their life to make the nation secure and on the other hand the same government facilitates those who are openly patronising traitors. Just see the humour, while late Police Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma sacrificed his life for the cause of the nation, a demand for an inquiry to create doubts about his bonafides is being shamelessly supported by the government. Is it not a dishonour to ‘Shaurya Chakra’ awarded to that police officer of repute for his integrity and dutifulness?

A correspondent of Hindi daily Amar Ujala who had boarded this train at Lucknow who was dropped at Kanpur. His narration speaks much more than published in his paper. The special passengers were well trained and disciplined. The correspondent was questioned how he managed to board this special train. But a monitor like leader saved him from further questioning ordering him to hang a travelling pass of ‘Ulema Express’ around his neck. The correspondent saw that cautions were given by whistle. A long whistle meant to reach one’s seat as the train is going to move, two short whistles meant that there is some unknown outsider inside the train, three whistles meant stop walking to and fro from one compartment to another. A loud speaker was also being used for instructions. The correspondent was entertained by a piece of Gur (jaggery) and mineral water. A youngman named Suhel questioned the correspondent: “Look at this train, are we terrorists? We are terrorised by Israel (i.e. ATS).” Passengers were talking to one another but no one was allowed to talk to that correspondent. Even CRP personnel on duty were not allowed to board the train. Any how they managed to enter the train in under to perform their duty.

A statement of Shabana Azmi a shrewd communalist in her very marrow has warned the government that the anger of innocent Muslims can prove very dangerous, just to hide the fact that Azamgarh and the area around has become a den of ISI agents and pro-Pakistani elements.

One should ask what sort of government is this? Does it deserve to be called a government. Perhaps India is the only country where the government has forgotten to govern. It's main concern is to garner maximum number of Muslim votes and for that it can go to any limit. Has this government not become a curse for the country and the nation? The pity is that while anti-national forces especially Islamic ones are openly and boldly threatening our very existence, the nationalist and patriotic forces are awefully busy in infighting and that too without an iota of shame. May the Almighty save us from the coming dangers whose black shadows have started casting since long.
